About

Our Path

Deciding to go to therapy is a huge step. There can be a lot of "What ifs" around what therapy may or may not entail. I believe that the client is the true "expert" in the room and that, at its core, person-centred therapy is uncomplicated and accessible: The client leads the process, and the relationship between the client and therapist enables change.

My mission is to create a space where you can bring whatever feels important, without pressure or judgement. I work in a way that is led by you, while integrating different evidence-based approaches to support deeper understanding, growth, and meaningful change.

Method

My work is grounded in a person-centred approach to counselling and psychotherapy, meaning our sessions are led by you — your pace, your priorities, and what feels important to explore. Above all, I aim to offer a safe, collaborative space where you don’t feel judged or rushed.

As a believer in integrative practice, I may also draw on other therapeutic approaches where helpful. For example, I have extensive experience with mindfulness meditation and can offer grounding techniques and exercises from this and other evidence-based frameworks. The most important part of having a diverse approach as a therapist is that it allows us to work together on patterns, relationships, and coping strategies, while still keeping your experience at the centre of the work.
