Statement
I aim to make this website and my counselling practice as accessible, inclusive, and welcoming as possible.
I recognise that people experience and process the world in different ways, including those who are neurodivergent (for example, autistic people, people with ADHD, dyslexia, or other forms of neurodiversity). I aim to offer a space that respects and supports these differences, without judgement or expectation of “fitting in.”
On this website, I have tried to present information in a clear, straightforward way, with simple language and an easy-to-navigate structure. However, I understand that accessibility needs vary, and I am always open to feedback.
In counselling sessions, I aim to be flexible and responsive to your individual needs. This might include adapting the pace of sessions, being mindful of sensory or environmental factors, offering clarity around structure, or communicating in a way that feels most comfortable for you.
If there is anything that would help make this website or the counselling process more accessible for you, you are very welcome to get in touch. I am happy to discuss and consider reasonable adjustments where possible.
This is an ongoing process, and I will continue to reflect on and develop my practice to be as accessible and affirming as I can.
